Lyham Developments Ltd is a construction and development company. Based in north Northumberland the company covers Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, the Scottish Borders and Lothians.
Established in 2019 by Guy Renner-Thompson, Lyham Developments draws its name from his family’s farm nestled in the picturesque Northumbrian hills. With an eye for quality and a deep connection to the land, Lyham Developments is dedicated to creating exceptional spaces that reflect the beauty of their surroundings.
Guy is also an experienced Parish and County Councillor on Northumberland County Council, and was a director of Advance Northumberland, the council’s property & development business.
